Natuurpark Lelystad

Vandaag hadden we van iemand een auto geleend en waren naar de Natuurpark Lelystad gegaan.
We moesten gewoon een keer weg en iets anders zien. Het was daar heel rustig!

Verwachting

Dit gedicht betekend veel voor ons. We hebben het een paar maanden geleden van vrienden gekregen.

No Christmas This Year

Well, not for us.
Why? – Wrong timing!

They really could have planned Christmas a month earlier or later, this time. I mean, seen the fact that our first child is supposed to be born.
Some people feel sad for the not-yet-born, ’cause birthday and Christmas together make only one present.
But, you know, the first one qualifies perfectly as a reason not having to meet the requirements of the second.
